It is a project designed during a time when the world is reeling from the COVID-19 pandemic, a time when people tend to keep their distance from social interactions and return to an introverted lifestyle. Discreet and airy, two concepts that seem to be opposites in many ways, but coexist in the design of Double T. They appear on solid walls that bend and interlock, creating openings to lead air into the interior spaces. Expansion spaces for swimming pools, sun terraces, open-air shower floors... are still arranged behind high fences, fully meeting the needs of homeowners.
