This complex of 5 serviced apartments is the design task we were given, with maximizing the number of rooms on only 2 floors, while ensuring that all apartments are fully equipped, utilities. To attract customers that the owner is aiming for are businessmen, investors or foreign experts. We create diversity in design for each apartment model but still unify the neoclassical design language for all apartments.
